Product Introduction
I. Product Introduction
Carbon dioxide exists in liquid form below 31 degrees Celsius or at pressures above 7.35 MPa. Above 31 degrees Celsius, it begins to vaporize, and the pressure changes continuously with temperature. Utilizing this characteristic, liquid carbon dioxide is filled into the main pipe of the fracturing device. A rapid firing heating device is used to instantly vaporize and expand the liquid carbon dioxide, generating high pressure with a volume expansion of more than 600-800 times. When the pressure reaches its ultimate strength, the high-pressure gas bursts and acts on the rock mass and ore body, achieving the purpose of expansion fracturing. This overcomes the disadvantages of previous blasting and pre-splitting methods, which are highly destructive and dangerous, providing a reliable guarantee for the safe mining and pre-splitting of mines and rocks. It can be widely used in mining, cement, quarrying, and many other industries. At the same time, the carbon dioxide gas released rapidly during the fracturing process has a cooling effect, and carbon dioxide is an inert gas, completely avoiding accidents caused by open flames from blasting.
The second-generation carbon dioxide fracturing device is a new type of fracturing equipment independently developed by our company. It mainly consists of a filling machine, a storage tank, and a fracturing device. Compared with the first-generation carbon dioxide fracturing equipment, our company's products save more manpower, material resources, and costs, and are at the leading level among domestic carbon dioxide fracturing equipment.
II. Product Application Range
Carbon dioxide fracturing devices have a very wide range of applications. The main applications currently include: 1. Open-pit quarry mining; 2. Underground coal mine mining and tunneling, especially suitable for gas coal mines; 3. Areas and regions where explosives are not allowed; 4. Dredging and unclogging in cement plants and steel plants.
III. Product Advantages
Unlike traditional explosives, carbon dioxide fracturing devices do not produce shock waves, open flames, heat sources, or various toxic and harmful gases from chemical reactions. Applications have proven that carbon dioxide fracturing devices, as a physical fracturing device, have no negative effects and high safety performance.
1. The thermal reaction process takes place in the closed inner cavity of the pipe. Low-temperature fracturing, the sprayed CO2 has the effect of suppressing explosions and flame retardancy, and will not ignite combustible gases;
2. It can be used for directional fracturing and delayed control. Especially in special environments (such as residential areas, tunnels, subways, underground, etc.), the vibration during implementation is small, there is no destructive vibration or shock wave, and there is no destructive impact on the surrounding environment;
3. Neither vibration nor impact can trigger the heating device, so filling, transportation, and storage are highly safe; liquid carbon dioxide injection only takes 1-3 minutes, and fracturing to completion only takes 4 milliseconds. There are no misfires during the process, and no inspection is needed;
4. No explosive storage is needed, management is simple, operation is easy to learn, fewer operators are required, and no professional personnel are needed for attendance;
5. Fracturing capacity is controllable, and the energy level can be set according to the different usage environment and object;
6. There is no dust or flying stones during fracturing, no toxic and harmful gases are produced, the sheltering distance is short, and the working face can be quickly returned to for continuous operation;
7. In stone mining, it does not damage the texture structure, resulting in higher material yield and efficiency.
